The café is situated in Elgin Library with lovely views of Cooper Park and the pond. Serving soup, toasties, sandwiches, light lunches and tasty home baked cakes and scones.
Popular with visitors to Moray as Elgin tourist information centre is located within the library. Elgin Cathedral is a short stroll through the park.
