Although there is no tourist information centre, there is small tourist information point located in Lossiemouth library. To find the library head along the seafront towards the harbour and marina, turn left into Hill Street where you will see the library opposite the post office. You can also access the internet at the library.
The Lossiemouth Business Association produces a useful free map which can be picked up from the town’s businesses.
Public conveniences are situated near the corner of Clifton Road and Seatown Road on the beach front.
Car parking is free and straightforward in Lossiemouth. Most visitors to Lossiemouth park along Seatown Road and in the harbour area. If you are visiting Lossie East Beach (the one with the wooden bridge), there is a car parking area close by. For West Beach, head towards Moray Golf Club clubhouse and follow the sign.
The main bus stops are in James Square and Clifton Road. Service 328/329 takes about 20 minutes from Lossiemouth to Elgin Bus Station where you can get connections across Moray.
